Restoration

“I will restore or replace for you” says the Lord, “the years that the locust has eaten… the hopping locust, the stripping locust, and the crawling locust, My great army which I sent among you. And you shall eat in plenty and be satisfied and praise the name of the Lord, your God, Who has dealt wondrously with you. And My people shall never be put to shame. And you shall know, understand, and realize that I am in the midst of Israel and that I the Lord am your God and there is none else. My people shall never be put to shame.” (Joel 2:25-27)

“Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.” (Acts 4:12)

Although the past is irreversible and overwhelming at times… God is the restorer of broken dreams and shattered lives! He has declared a New Day available for all of humanity! God has laid a foundation of hope in Christ – He is saying we can be a new creation (2 Cor. 5:17)… and our old ways can be in the past! There is a new beginning waiting for us, filled with new chances, new opportunities and new expectations (Isa. 43:18-21). God will wipe away our rotten past and restore that which was lost, stolen or destroyed by sin, brokenness or the devil.

Restoration begins by Believing!

As the Savior of mankind, the Lord Jesus Christ has done all to rescue us from the things that diminish or destroy us. If we can but believe – hope opens the door! There is a restoration coming into our spirits, minds, bodies, relationships, and other aspects of our humanity. Believers can be delivered from oppression (Acts 10:38) and rest in the safety that effects spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being (Mt. 11:28-30).

Come, you weary, broken and lost and find a place of safety in His loving care for you.

Hope is a Destination!

Run into the arms of your Father in the Spirit! There you will have plenty and be complete, satisfied and whole. He wants you to know the truth and the freedom of walking in His Presence! It is His joy to reveal His heart toward you! He is a Father… like no other. He will not allow His people to be orphans or feel ashamed anymore. This is a profound truth that no one else can claim.

Let Him speak into your heart today… “I the Lord am your God and there is no one else!”

Restoring A Safe Place

Transitional Presence

“See, I have engraved you on the palms of My hands; your walls are ever before Me.” (Isa. 49:16)

Are you in a time of transition right now? Jesus wants to encourage and empower you! Remind yourself of the fact that – YOU ARE NOT ALONE! He has you in the palm of His hand. God is with you and for you. He knows the future and has already mapped out and lined up what needs to take place in order for you to reach your destination.

Transition Means Change!

No way around it… transition means change, and it signifies that there is something to leave behind and something to look forward to. As you journey into the unseen realities of change, the “middle ground” of transition can feel frustrating and be like walking through a wilderness. You may find a period of wrestling, waiting or grieving, for all that is in the “transitional season”… but this too shall change! When we do not see the future clearly, our faith is challenged and our trust in God tested. But, I want to remind you that transition offers some of the most productive time of growth and preparation for the future!

Sharpening the Focus:

Even Jesus seemed to find His way through transitions! “After His suffering, [Jesus] presented Himself to them [His disciples] and gave many convincing proofs that He was alive. He appeared to them over a period of forty days and spoke about the Kingdom of God” (Acts 1:3). Jesus used the time between His resurrection and ascension to prepare His followers for what was to come. This period contained a vital lesson for us about the value that God places on transition. Transition is not a place to get stuck… it reveals this powerful fact – the new thing God is doing is on its way! Its a time to get God’s perspective on what you are going through. Jesus wants to prepare you for what He will be doing in you, for you and through you, as the next season approaches. Be assured that God is in authority over all things pertaining to your future… the times and seasons are in His hands if you can see through His eyes.

He is With You!

I cannot stress that enough and you might need to proclaim that to your heart often! The greatest battle is between the ears… because where your mind wonders, your eyes will focus. That is why the author of the book of Hebrews says, “Look at Jesus and keep looking at Him… who for the joy set before Him endured the cross… despising the shame, yet sat down at the right hand of the Father” (Heb. 12:2) – He is the victor and champion over unknown realities. He is the author and finisher of our faith… consider Him (Heb. 12:3), remember His words (Heb. 12:5-7) and rejoice over the fruit that comes when you have been trained in His Presence (Heb. 12:11-12). Be still for a moment… wait patiently in His Promise… and His strength will come.

3 Kingdom Benefits of Transition:

1. The Revelation of Comfort!

“Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.” (2 Cor. 1:3-4)

2. The Invitation to Intimacy!

“Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with Me.” (Rev. 3:20)

3. The Realization of the “One Place”… in the palm of His hands.

When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place.” (Acts 2:1)

Speak The Truth

Its Amazing

Shout it Girl

As Ambassadors of the Kingdom of God, we have been given power and authority to speak God’s Word over circumstances. Truth triumphs over facts, because of the realms they are grounded in. Facts are rooted in the natural and Truth is rooted in the supernatural. Just in case you were wondering… the supernatural is both more dominant and more real.

1 Peter 4:11 “If anyone speaks, let him speak as the oracles of God. If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ability which God supplies, that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ.”

God’s Word in your mouth has the ability to change what we see and cause it to conform to what we know to be the will of God.

Let’s look at Mark 11:23; “And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. For verily I say unto you, that whosoever shall say unto this mountain, be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.”

Jesus was saying to us to speak as an oracle of authoritative Truth… as an expression of God’s own voice. That’s a powerful invitation to the average follower. So many of us have missed this idea, thinking that Jesus didn’t really mean for us to speak to things, but that He would take care of the issue if we just kinda left it alone. Not only did He mean for us to speak to that mountain, He also commanded us to tell it where to go. In other words “give it a place of total forgetfulness” and you won’t have to deal with it. Give your trouble a destination where it will be completely out of sight and out of mind. The sea is a perfect place for trouble to go. The believer’s job is to believe and speak, and God’s job is to carry it out.

If we start speaking and yet hold on to our doubting we will deceive ourselves and release a double mindedness that will achieve very little. The Bible says that a double minded man is unstable and shouldn’t even think he will receive from the Lord (James 1:6-8).

Jesus said do not doubt in your heart, but believe the things you are saying will come to pass, then you will have whatsoever you say. This command was given to change facts, by using the Truth.

Oh how powerful is the Truth of God’s Word… as we speak it boldly, things are happening on our behalf in the Spirit Realm.

Just like the noise the prophet Ezekiel heard when the bones started moving into alignment (Ezek 37:2-6), bone to bone and putting on the sinew and skin. Jesus said the way of the Kingdom is first the blade then the ear, and after that the full corn in the ear (Mk 4:26-29). In other words… there is a progression that can take some time, because the Kingdom of Heaven is an influence that takes dominion over the “squatter” – Satan. Satan will always tell you that it won’t work for you this time.

Its an authority issue with the Enemy, but God is on your side at all times against the Devil. You just need to remind those demonic forces about the power you have to tread over all their filthy, rotten messes (Lk 9:1-2). You remind Satan that he is an outlaw predator and a liar, and that the power of God’s Truth is already changing the facts.

See yourself as the Lord sees you and begin to speak as the oracles of God! He sets you in the midst of life with all the power you need to succeed in Christ Jesus.
